◘ Check the Character Reserves list and Requested Characters list before applying.
◘ There is a character limit of 2 per mun. This may change at a later date after the com has settled and story lines demand more characters. But for now, I will not have people laying claim to 4 or 5 and then never playing them while there are potential members waiting on muses.
◘ Only apply for one character at a time. Your application must be either accepted or rejected before posting another.
◘ If you drop your character and wish to play them again, you must re-apply for the character.
◘ Post your application using your personal journal.
* If you do not have a personal journal, you are exempt from this rule. However, further apps. need to be applied for by the same journal you used on your first in order to avoid any confusion as to your identity.
◘ Spell and grammar check your application. We don’t expect you to be a scholar, but obvious errors do not make your app.’s case. Writing it up in Word or on Google Docs before posting it is a good way to make sure to catch any little errors you might otherwise miss.
◘ As stated in the rules, this is a community that uses played by icons to represent the different characters. This means taking a real life celebrity and using their pictures in your icons. We realize this is difficult and will do what we can to help you.

So perhaps your muse is lonely and lacking familiar company. Or maybe you need a partner in crime to pull off some interesting plot twist, but can't find anyone to go along with it. No matter what the reason, if you have the urge to put a call out for a particular muse, this is where to do it.
Just copy/paste the below form into a comment on this post. Maybe you'll find that a muse-less mun has become inspired to pick up your request!

◙ Reservation Guidelines
* You can only reserve 1 character at a time.
* Character reserves last 7 days.
o In the event that some unforeseen circumstance has kept you away from the internet for seven days and you were unable to get your application posted, we will grant you another seven day hold on the muse.
* If you decide to NOT app. your reserve, please make sure to let us know by commenting this post again with said information.
◙ Challenge Guidlines
* Characters who are already taken or otherwise approved for game play MAY NOT be challenged.
o The only time a challege on a taken character will be considered is:
1- the player has been inactive for an extended period with no hiatus notice
2- the moderators are in agreement that the character should be replaced
* Characters who are listed as reserved may still challenged. A decision will be made once all the applications are in and the mods have had a chance to discuss and vote on it. Character will go to the player who wins the majority vote.
* Characters who are applied for, but not yet approved may also be challenged. Same rules as for reserves apply.
* To challenge a reserved or app'd character make a comment in the reserve or application request, and send an email to risingsunadmin@comcast.net stating your request. A mod will be in touch with you shortly with a decision.
